Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 12 hours of placement, and same day when placed before 12pm AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). From there, Standard delivery takes 2-8 business days, Express 1-4 business days, New Zealand 2-8 business days, and International 5-14 business days.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery is $30 AUD and takes 5-14 business days.

Please report any delivery issues to us within 30 days of your parcel being dispatched. Please note we are not responsible for parcels left at the premises after delivery.

We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Head to our Returns & Refunds page, enter your order number and email, and we will take it from there.

Instant exchanges are available via Refundid for Australian customers. For all other regions, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred size or style and returning the original.

Sale items and orders placed with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. That said, we are happy to help with a size exchange (subject to availability) or store credit.
